
Turn on Mobile Hotspot in your phone’s connection settings.

If unsuccessful, try connecting the LG TV to your phone’s personal hotspot.If your are still unable to connect to Wi-Fi, you can begin the repair process online using our Request a Repair page.Press Home > Settings > All Settings > Network Tab > WiFi Connection.Attempt reconnecting your LG TV to your Wi-Fi network.Reinsert power cord for your LG TV into wall outlet or surge protector.Press and Hold the POWER button on the TV for 30 seconds.Unplug the TV power cord from outlet or surge protector.Go to Settings > All Settings > General > QuickStart+.If your are still unable to connect, you can begin the repair process online using our Request a Repair page.


Please contact your ISP for further assistance. If other devices in the home are unable to get a connection as well, this can indicate a problem with the modem/router.Check the internet connection in the home on another device such as a smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.Ensure all cables are properly connected to the modem/router along with the LG TV, and the LG TV has detected the wired network in the TV settings.
